The UX allows setting a landing dashboard for all the model roles except the default full access role. This is a step down in functionality from the classic dashboards where all roles including full access had the ability to set landing dashboards. This is causing a little bit of adoption hurdle as users with full access now need to scroll through a large list of pages (even if categorized) for an app with many pages instead of having a nice landing dashboard to use as the navigation focal point.
