Multi-layer sort

edited November 2022 in Modeling Ideas

Would be very useful to have a multi-layer sort (not filter) like in Excel i.e. Sort by column A alphabetically, then by column B, then by C.

Acknowledging the workaround to concatenate the desired fields into a text line item and sort by that, but to me a publicised workaround is always a pointer to a needed/desired feature. ๐Ÿ™‚

Enable users to sort on more than one column in tables, currently you can only sort on a single column

This feature is what I was just about to suggest for the New UX.  My client has requested this feature so would be great if this can be added as a new feature of Anaplan soon.

Came here looking for the same thing for a client. Would be really helpful to have primary. secondary, tertiary, etc....

Hello, are there any news related to this functionality?

    Thank you in advance!

    We face the same problem.
Please consider sorting multiple columns on models and UX pages.
