Level 2 - Sprint 1 - 1.3.10.3 Import Data into G3 Location List

Hey community,

 

I am having some challenges getting the same output as the course shows. I have not been able to get the distribution center boolean to appear in the G3 Hierarchy list.

 

Please see the screenshots below:

1. Course question and output
2. My output (missing distribution center boolean)
3. My location flat list
4. My SYS07 Location Details Module (Build Location saved view)

Found the answer, see below 🙂

 

My mistake:

1. In section 1.3.7.3 I missed "create a new list subset." With this not created I was never able to add an additional column.

Solution:

1. When importing into the "G3: Location" hierarchy list, there is now a fourth column that can be populated.
2. Matching it o the distribution center column resolves the issue.

Still Having issues with G3 Location data import. Receive invalid parent.

Hello @bhushanshastrakar

If you are importing with respect to code, there are no codes to match in line no 43&44 that's why it is failing, I think. Also check those are summaries maybe if you have in saved view.

Hi @Neeraja66, thanks for responding, actually I checked and found that 2 cell are not required for flat location module. Thanks again!!
