Hi - I've been ploughing through sprint 2 and I have over looked most of the guidance for these formula - how close am I?

It looks good. The only thing that I would add is that Baseline Forecast formula needs to be updated as you move ahead in Level 2 because you will have to get the values for 2021 as well (which will be 2020's default forecast).
