What is an Anaplanwich? Come find out June 29th at 1:00PM where I will demonstrate how grocers and convenience stores can forecast bakery and deli demand and procure the raw materials they need - Product Lifecycle Management, or PLM. In this short, 45 min, demonstration, we will use Anaplan to forecast the sandwich demand. Get those pickles ready! Registration is below.
