Level 2 Model Building (Sprint 1) - Activity 1.3.3

In the level 2 - 1.3.3 activity, am i importing the files correctly? For example, when i import the county flat list, the directions tell me not to appoint a parent. So I proceeded per my screenshot below. is this correct?

Yes, you are loading the file correctly. You are required to load a flat file which does not require parent. This would apply for all your future builds as well.

I am getting an error as well, though different. I am importing with the target mapping as above, but due to an invalid parent (attached).

Any advice or guidance on what I've done wrong will be greatly appreciated.
