It would be helpful for testing purposes if workspace admins could still use the NUX dashboards when a model is offline.
Recently faced this issue while one of our go live was unable to test the production model features with the app while model is offline.

In the FCR Journal module, the Search menu always pops up when you first enter the module. This makes no sense when it is likely that the user will want to create a new journal more often than not.
