It depends what exactly you need to do using Anaplan. I see you are a model Builder L1 Certified.
1. You can ask for your company's workspace access, from your manager or Anaplan Head. They can add you to the workspace if you need to work on any POC you can do that.
2. If you are working for a client you probably need to ask Anaplan head from client side to provide you access.
