The Final Shipping Time Weeks is right?
Why is it not 1 in my module?

Final Shipping Time is dependent on Final Shipping Method line, if it is populated as ROAD then Shipping time is 2 weeks and not 1 week. If it is AIR then 1. For that particular SKU which you have highlighted , number 2 is correct.
