Functional Area assignment of SYS13 Account SKU Filter Module seems to be confusing.

However, in 1.5.7.1 it is mentioned to create Functional Area: Administration.

In the Data Hub model, create a new system module:

• Module Name: SYS13 Account SKU Filter 
• Dimensions: Accounts Flat list, SKU Flat list
• Functional Area: Administration
• Category: System Modules
