level 2 sprint 2 exam-Server issue..

Hi,

I am taking my exam for sprint 2. I just entered the entered the page and not even gone to exam guidelines page. But, now I observe Anaplan.com is very slow and not opening with message "could not connect to model.

 

can I exit the test? will it be considered as a attemt?

Please suggest..

You should be able to exit the test without it counting as an attempt. Once you go back in you should be able to resume your session. It only counts as an attempt if you submit your answers at the end of the test. 

 

If for some reason it is counted as an attempt you can reach out to academy@anaplan.com and they can reset your attempts for you.
