Anaplan event recording: Introducing Combined Grids

If you missed our Power Hour event on Combined Grids, a recording is now available. This event covered how Anaplan’s new Combined Grids feature brings data from multiple modules into a single, unified view. Looks simple but improves greatly user appearance while decreases signficantly modeller's efforts!

Will this be available in classic? I know in the video Calvin said this was still being debated.

This new feature is great. Do you know if it's possible to combine 2 modules that share a dimension, but the line item is in rows and not in columns?

@Bernaley as the line items are not shared across modules then its not possible to combine across modules. You can combine dimensions on the same axis with line items on rows from the same module but not across modules. We are exploring the possibility to combine across line items and line item subsets but this is a future roadmap capability.

We had just this headache to combine data from differente modules into a single page. This seems to solve a lot of these painful workarounds !

That being said… when will this be available ? I wish it would have been now to solve this for the budgeting process

Very good feature to have and power sessions really help us to understand how to use in real life, having the attributes and key figures synched together seamlessly would definitely simplify log of pages, waiting to use it in Oct.

Can you have a nested row with one dimension shared across modules and one that is not, or say line items?
