As an Anaplan tenant admin, I want to enhance security for external users who are added as SSO exceptions by enabling Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) for their accounts. Currently, these users authenticate with only a username and password, which poses a security risk.
Additionally, I request the ability to assign a workspace to more than one SSO configuration. At present, each workspace can only be associated with a single SSO setup.
How often is this impacting your users?
This impacts our users regularly whenever external exception users need to access Anaplan or when workspace access management is required.
Who is this impacting?
This impacts admins, external users, integration experts, and IT security teams who manage access and security for Anaplan workspaces.
What would your ideal solution be? How would it add value to your current experience?
The ideal solution is to enable MFA for external exception users and allow multiple SSO configurations per workspace. This would greatly enhance security, reduce risk, and provide more flexible and efficient user management.
