About Us
ANP Consulting is looking for motivated experienced Anaplan professionals having strong analytical skills, a technical and problem-solving mind with proven track record of designing and implementing complex models on Anaplan.
In this role you will play a key role in delivering Anaplan solutions for clients. This position requires strong techno-functional expertise to design and build Anaplan models, manage diverse datasets, and integrate them into Anaplan. The role also demands a solid functional business understanding to translate client requirements into scalable planning solutions. You will actively participate in project estimation, requirements gathering, solution design, documentation, and end-user training. Candidates are expected to work independently as well as collaboratively within project teams to successfully execute tasks assigned by the team lead. A strong understanding of Anaplan use cases particularly in FP&A, Sales/Incentive Compensation Planning, and Supply Chain Planning is essential to effectively engage with stakeholders and understand business requirements.
Required Experience:
• 3+ years of hands-on Modelling Experience in ANAPLAN (with exposure to a minimum of 2-3 end-to-end implementations on Anaplan) focused on but not limited to Financial Forecasting, Supply Chain Planning and Sales/Incentive Compensation Management or similar use cases.
• Strong background and experience in consulting roles focused on Sales Performance Planning / Supply chain / Financial Planning.
• Familiarity with SCRUM/Agile.
• Hands on in MS Excel using advanced formulae to develop Mock Ups for clients
• Strong expertise and deep understanding of multi-dimensional modelling
Technical Skills:
• Must have had 3+ years Hands on Modelling experience in ANAPLAN projects, including implementations, upgrades, roll outs and/or support.
• Comfortable with creating Model, Modules, Lists, Line Items, Subsets, Line-ItemSubsets, Usage of Calculation functions and dashboards using best practices.
• Worked with Anaplan Optimizer, Integration methods, PlanIQ and ALM withinAnaplan.
• Ability to have direct discussions with clients to understand their needs and then design, develop, maintain, and elaborate planning models.
• Solution Architect Certification is a plus.
• Assist to Conduct, Document and Signoff Business Requirement with clients.
• Assign the User stories and assist in Sprint Planning
People Skills:
• Ability to effectively communicate with client team and in client facing roles across various time zones based on client location
• Ability to work in Hybrid model (WFH and Office)
• Strong sense of responsibility and positive attitude
Eligibility
• Anaplan Level 3 Certified, Anaplan Solution Architect, or Master Anaplanner certification will be a strong value add.
• B.Eng. / B.Tech / M. Sc. / MCA / Chartered Accountant.
• MBA in Finance or Operations and Supply chain is preferred.
