Hi, I'm having a problem with the Time tab when importing the csv file. Is there anything in addition anyone would like me to provide to get a better idea of the problem?
Try importing again, but deleting the file, and then reupload it. You will then be brought to the initial load screen where you can select the header and first data row. The header row should be row 2.
What about the time mapping tab? I keep getting an error too.
