L2 3.3.5 Blocked chek box

Hello everyone, I have a problem with the line item "Submit Purchase Order Request?". I followed all the instructions but in the end I can't check. I attach the screenshots. And it haven't DCA placed on the line item.
help please

A few ideas;

Check that the P3 SKU context selector is set to a leaf level item (the lowest level) in the hierarchy.
Check that selective access is not enabled. You may not have write access to that part of the P3 SKU list.

2- I found selective access enabled for SKU , Products and product family lists. I unchecked them and now it's fine for inventory ordering. Thank you so much
