Traiing Level1 certification pdf

I took the training level1 exam on 24th August, but displayed 'Level1 Model builder - exam is not marked complete'.

I attached the pdf file below.

I experienced similar issue in the past, but helpful Academy Team was able to solve it immediately, check with them academy@anaplan.com.

I send the email to the Anaplan academy, but have not received the reply yet .
