“DID YOU KNOW” WEEK 4: DATA WRITE

 

Did You Know? That “Data Write” action lets you update Today’s date & Current Logged- In User without creating an Import action in the back-end.

“Data Write” on UX can help you update any cell (intersection of dimension) at a time without creating any action in the backend. The best part of “Data Write” is that it allows you to update “Current Date” based on the User’s browser.

“Data Write” allows you to update the current logged-in user. This is very useful since there is no other direct way to find out the current logged in user in Anaplan.

“Data Write” allows you to overwrite/update the list item. This is useful when the users want any list item to be the default list item.

 

“Data Write” allows you to overwrite or update the numbers/texts with the number/text of your choice.
