Here are some recent highlights:

· Role-based Page Access as mentioned last month, you can now restrict who can modify a page by role, while still giving users flexibility to create their own pages and reports.

· Enhancements to Anaplan Data Orchestrator (ADO): Azure Blob Connector is updated for better performance and higher throughput, Inventory Pages - It is possible to select which columns are shown in the object inventory and in which order, and Source Data and Link execution history is available from the inventory pages.

· Anaplan Product Roadmap released in November – contact your CSBP for an overview of the roadmap highlights.

· Quarterly Customer Platform Release Webinar – The recording of our release highlights webinar is now available at: Recording now available! October 30 quarterly platform release event — Anaplan CommunityThis info-packed session includes a demonstration of the latest platform features, a technical deep dive, and a Q&A session.

Support Portal

We are thrilled to announce a new, enhanced Anaplan Customer Care portal, launching on 11th December, 2024 (ANZ). This upgrade is part of our ongoing efforts to streamline and improve the support experience based on feedback from Anaplan customers. The new portal will improve case visibility and make it easier for you to get the help you need – fast.

With the new portal, we are introducing the Portal Administrator (Portal Admin) role—a pivotal position designed to streamline case management. Portal admins have expanded permissions to submit and manage cases via the portal, view all company cases, add watchers, and control user access. Initially, each customer is able to have up to five portal administrators.

Anaplan Academy is moving to a new Learning Management System and will be unavailable from 24th Nov to the 3rd December (ANZ local dates). Self-Serve training including the Model Builder courses will not be available during this time. Previous completions will be migrated to the new system.
