Chart Colour Palette not colour-blind friendly

Description:

Example of enhancement:
Some of our users can't differentiate between Green & Red in the Line Chart, hence having difficulties reading related charts. All the Charts should be colour-blind friendly.

Benefit/impact:
It is quite serious if users cannot use Anaplan Charts.
