Quick chime-in from the Community team here. By original request, the Modelers Forum has never had a tile on the main User Groups page; it has always been accessible through the London User Group page (via link under the main banner image). 

As @Paul mentioned as well, events for the Modelers Forum can be found by accessing the Modelers Forum event page at https://usergroups.anaplan.com.
