I took Level1,Level2 training exam(attached file), but Level2 Sprint2 and conclusion exam are not be checked mark, so could you help what should I do?

There's an upload of your history you need to do first then a survey. Once you complete that, the conclusion exam | certification should be enabled.
If that isn't working then send a note to academy@anaplan.com. They'll get you back in business right away.
Depends on where you are in the certification. I think the survey is at the end of each sprint. The survey should be enabled immediately after you submit your log file and it takes about 2 minutes to complete. Did you get the checkbox? If not, take a screenshot of what you see and send it to academy@anaplan.com. They'll get to you straight away.
