For better user experience, are we able to change the font colour of each of the series in a chart.
This would be a real welcome feature and also similar to excel the ability to place them below, above etc in the chart series. When the Series are close to each other it can be really difficult to work out which one the data label applies to in Std Black for all.
Do we have any update on this?
It is hard to see which series those data labels are for, especially if the line charts cross each other.
It will be great if the line charts and the data labels will have the same colour, and even if the lines cross it doesn't matter because the data labels can be identified.
I understand this will be considered in future enhancements, however there are no current plans work on this idea. It is worth noting that this report is interactive so you can hover over points, select the legend to add or remove series to make the chart clearer or even right click to show or hide series on a data point.
These charts are in the management reports (pdf) that are sent out to the Execs and Board. It would be easy to understand the values, especially when the series overlap.
In the FCR Journal module, the Search menu always pops up when you first enter the module. This makes no sense when it is likely that the user will want to create a new journal more often than not.
