Allow process to continue after action failure

As we schedule more processes via Hyperconnect where end users are not triggering themselves, we need to allow for processes to continue even upon an action failure. Perhaps allowing users to choose when creating the process whether or not they'd like the process to continue even if an action fails would be great. Just because one action fails, actions after the failed one should still run.
