Cloudworks Integration Email "Cloud works integration broken."

Hi Team, 

 

I have a few requests for cloudworks:

  • Can we have the ability to select the users that will receive email notifications for cloudworks
  • If an integration file is processed via cloudworks and it has any records that come up with ignored or any rows that that failed an email is sent that says "Cloud works integration broken." even when it isn't broken. Can the title be updated to reflect what happened for example; processed with errors or data that requires attention. 
  • Furthermore can the cloudworks email also encapsulate the detail behind what happened:
    ProcessStatusNoteExample
    Process 1Succeeded  
    Process 2Warning17 rows could not be importedEg: 123xyz could not be imported
    Process 3Warning5000 rows were ignoredEg: Duplicate UID was found only 2000 unique

Nice to hear cloudworks getting some love. Is this new feature also available in cloudworks api endpoint ?
