We have multiple models that take a significant amount of time to open the first time. I am hoping to find a way to use a tool to schedule a model to open at say 8 AM every weekday. That way executives opening for the first time will have a reduced wait time. Anyone had any success doing something similar? What did you use?

Differentiate if you are Importing into a Module or a List on the Actions system view
Create a new naming convention based off of the action being either an import to a Module or a List. EG. The L8 and 9 and 4th row would have List in the action section and the 3rd row would have Module in the name. This would be used to quickly reference things and make it easier to do research.
