ANAPLAN SUPPORT PORTAL REMINDER
As of 2nd November 2025, Anaplan support will be retiring the ‘support@anaplan .com’ email address. The portal will be your go-to channel for all support case submissions. Please ensure your company has at least one portal admin before this change. If you missed it there was a recorded event early in the month talking through the change that was recorded HERE.

Recently released:
- September 2025 Workflow enhancements included; Reduced, custom and extra line items in emails as well as the release of Workflow advanced
- Custom button styling: This exciting update lets you add custom images for buttons, offering greater flexibility to elevate the design and user experience of your pages
- Workflow advanced: Extends Anaplans workflow capabilities with sophisticated features including; branch and reconnect, send-back loops, value-based decisions and parallel steps. More information can be found HERE
- Combined grids are now live! – Combined Grids is now live! - Anaplan Community
COMING SOON:
Increased nested dimensions & improved filtering performance in Polaris: Polaris will soon support 8 (increased from 3) nested Dimensions on an Axis, as well as improved filtering performance, which will enable users to analyse complex data sets more efficiently and gain deeper, multi-dimensional insights.
New calculation functions in Polaris: IRR (Internal Rate of Return) and NPV (Net Present Value) functions will be available in Polaris, further increasing the breadth of domain-specific calculation capabilities available to users.
