Display the number of items in a Subset and Line Item Subset
For a List Subset on the Subset tab display the number of items that are included in the subset. Similarly for a Line Item Subset on the definition page indicate the number of items that are marked as being included.

Scaling a number in number format options
In Anaplan it is not possible to scale a number. i.e. show the value of a number in Millions or Thousands. Instead we create a scaling line item and divide all the related line items by this. It is a repetitive work. In New UX I have noticed this when bringing numbers from the source. Scaling option can be accommodated in…

Stop the mistake research processing
As a Model Builder, I would like to be able to stop the mistake research by using an action button. This processing can be very long when we are building an heavy model (5-10 minutes) and most of the time we already know where is the mistake (format, etc.). That's why we can save a lot of time if we could click to stop the…

Line item (Cell) Comments
The ability to add a comment to a line item would be useful, so if we had a line item that was number format, the ability to add a comment eg."increased due to promotion", it gives a narrative for the value in the line item. I appreciate that line items are not fixed (as in Excel cell comments) but this would be a very…

App Hub videos
Some of the Anaplan App Hub apps obviously have videos assosciated with them but it may well be that they all do but they can be difficult to locate. Where there are supporting videos (on YouTube) for Models in the App Hub could you give a link to those videos in the App Hub.

Summary Methods Based On Line Items - Product as an example or Weighted totals
Hi All, I feel that the summary methods in Anaplan could be improved further by including more flexible options to use other line items (same dimensionality) to influence summary method. For example on a model I have been building recently, many of the summaries require the product of 2 line items divided by the total of…

Be able to select a default summary type for a model
In the spirit of trying to keep our models size-efficient, we encourage model builders to set the summary type to "none" whenever possible in calculation modules (trying to follow the DISCO method here!). Unfortunately, when a new line item is created, the summary type always defaults to "sum" and it's very easy for model…

Anaplan Workspace, Model, Module, and Line Item Performance Planner
Some customers would like to have an Anaplan Platform feature to determine the resource utilization by a Model and Workspace from the Anaplan server-side: a tool that could show the specific amount of resources consumed by each line item and module. According to the same customers, that feature could show graphic and data…

Ability to sum based on boolean
Description of enhancement required Ability to allow to aggregate using Boolean mapping. Currently mapping can only be applied over List elements. It would simplify many formulas if we could simply SUM/PRODUCT over TRUE/FALSE Boolean values. An example of enhancement - See example below *List called "Client" with 3 items.…

Allow ISFIRSTOCCURRENCE to search against time
IFO returns true for the first occurence of a value against a specific list formatted dimension. i would like the possibility to validate against the time dimension as well.

Create a "Date Last Modified" column in Modules to let Admins see when line items were last changed
I would like the ability to interrogate when a Module has received changes to specific line items to help in troubleshooting bugs. For example, when someone changes a line item's summary type, or formular, or data type, or name etc. this should ideally change the "Date Last Modified" for that line item. I could see this…

List subset from formula
I'd love to have the ability to create a list subset from a formula. That would give a great way to pre-filter and limit sparsity in modules.

Ability to display negative numbers as positives
Detail description of the enhancement that is being requested: We have numerous requests to have costs displayed as positive numbers but aggregate as negative. The current workarounds are very difficult To provide more clarification, could you please explain how you hope the enhancement would assist in your business…

Allow filters across multiple line item formats
I need to be able to apply a filter to my line items to show any line that is blank regardless of format. Currently if I use >0 it will hide all lines with text formatting. The ability to add 2 filters for is not blank or is >0 would also be an acceptable solution

Time Range < 1Y
Hello, would be great to have Time Ranges functionality linked to the Current Period & for less than 1Y, e.g. moving two-Q range linked to the current period of the model. This for sure will optimize AN models in terms of speed & workspace size. Best regards Kristina

Formula for Subsets
Add in a formula functionality to conditionally add items to a list subset, rather than having to manually check a boolean.

Remove Selective Access for a module
We encountered a situation where we had selective Access enabled for Regions. A user had following access: Region 1 - Write Region 2 - Write Region 3 - Read Region 4- Read Region 5 - Write. We had to create a boolean filter on Regions. Since, the user has only read access to Region 3 and 4, he could not set the filter for…

Monte Carlo Simulations
Monte Carlo method is an algorithmic technique used to understand the impact of the variability of a set of drivers in a forecasting model, using a probabilistic approach. It is widely used in environments where the number of drivers involved and their volatility is high and documented, especially in market finance. It…

Indication in blue print if a Line Item is used as DCA
There should be a column in blue print view of a module like "Referenced By" highlighting modules where a line item is used as a DCA
